A Pop-Up Card for Colour INKspiration #77

Welcome to addinktive designs and the latest Colour INKspiration Challenge.

You can find Colour INKspiration Challenges on Facebook and there are two challenges every month (on the second and fourth Wednesdays).

Even though I’m not a fan of green, especially Garden Green, I really, really love the colour palette this week and made a pop-up card for CI#77 –

As you can see I used a lot of Seaside Spray and Soft Sea Foam in my project.

Today’s beautiful inspiration pic was sourced from Pinterest by crew member, Rose Packer. The challenge for #CI77 is to make a paper craft project using the chosen colour combination, Old Olive, Soft Sea Foam, Garden Green, Very Vanilla and Seaside Spray; you may also add Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Basic Black and metallics to your project. We also allow ‘Ivory’ and ‘Bronze’ in the Stampin’ Blends. If you don’t have all the colour palette, feel free to use the closest SU substitute (ie: Pear Pizzazz instead of Soft Sea Foam … you get the drift)

I used the fantastic ‘Grace’s Garden’ Pop-Up Card Tutorial by Sharni Haines from The Dimensionals May Tutorial Bundle to make my crew card for the latest Colour INKspiration Challenge. The pop-up element has the same measurements but I assembled it inside a standard C6 landscape card base and added a bunch of daisies instead of the garden images and gates.

This card was made for a friend who I haven’t seen for a few months due to the craziness of this season. I’m sure she will get a laugh out of the sentiments I chose from the Share Sunshine PDF. You can find a list of all the products I used at the end of my post.

Even though the Crew are from the South Pacific Region, the challenge is an international one; so if you love all things Stampin’ Up! ®, please feel free to play along. You don’t need a blog to enter. Click on the badge below to take you to our Facebook group –

I hope you can join us this fortnight for our latest colour challenge. Thanks for stopping by.

    1. Hi Kathie, not sure how you missed this in my post – “I used the fantastic ‘Grace’s Garden’ Pop-Up Card Tutorial by Sharni Haines from The Dimensionals May Tutorial Bundle to make my crew card for the latest Colour INKspiration Challenge. There are plenty of photos and products listed to see how I made the changes to Sharni’s tutorial. You’ll find the link at the bottom of the post.
