Hello and welcome to AddINKtive Designs.
Today I have a really fun card to share with you which I’m entering in two different challenges – Just Add Ink #663 (Just Choose Two … Flowers and Gingham) and Creative Creases Challenge #62 (Anything Goes with a Fun Fold).
I was working on other projects today but was happily distracted by the latest JAI Challenge. A new pack of Glorious Gingham DSP was sitting on my craft desk just begging to be opened and I was keen to paper piece some cute little birds from the Bird’s Eye View Stamp Set (Inspired by Helen Read from All Things Stampy).
The gingham theme spread to the Cheerful Daisies and the Gorgeously Made foliage, plus I pulled out the retired Gingham Embossing Folder to add some texture to the flowerpot and card base.
The Flowerpot Easel was made from the Nested Essentials Dies and is based on the single Flowerpot Easel in the main tutorial below –
The next challenge is a new one for me and considering that I often create cards with a fun fold, I thought I’d join in this round. It’s hosted by Debbie Mageed from Secret Stamper.
