Roses Planter Box Card

Hi there and welcome to AddINKtive Designs. Today I’m sharing with you a ‘Roses’ version of my Poppies Planter Box Card.

A friend of mine was keen to make a special card and had seen my Planter Box Design; she requested to make one with pink and purple roses. So Julie popped around to my craft studio today and I helped her make this bespoke card for her friend’s upcoming birthday. I think she did a wonderful job particularly because she had never made a box card before.

I whipped out a rose die from my stash (Sue Wilson Designs (UK) – Die – Finishing Touches Wild Rose) and several rose stems were die-cut from Garden Green, Blushing Bride and Highland Heather Card Stock (SU) to fill up the planter box.

I thought that a small die from the new Poinsettia Dies (SU) would make some cute, ‘Baby’s Breath’ to pop among the roses. Another addition was the 3×3 note card and envelope that was added to the back of the card to provide somewhere to write the greeting.

If you’d like to make one of these special planter box cards, I have quite a few different tutorials in my shop; this Poppies Planter Box Card is the one that Julie followed –
