My Mum’s 80th Birthday Card

Hi there. Welcome to my blog and a post that is long overdue. My mum celebrated a mega, milestone birthday last November and turned 80. It’s a bit hard to believe. Those years have just flown by. It was a busy time with finishing up at work so it took me a while to make mum’s card as it had to be very special.

Her dad (my pop) grew lots of orchids so it was a no brainer about which stamp set to use and I have revisited one of Jay Soriano’s Card Folds because I think it is super clever.

An ancestral home in Stanley, Tasmania is now an accommodation place and we’re planning a belated birthday weekend away there with my mum, brother and sister.
