Hello and welcome to Colour INKspiration Challenge #160.

We have a beautiful, ‘Subtles’ Colour Palette for our latest challenge –

You can find Colour INKspiration Challenges on Facebook and there are two challenges every month (on the second and fourth Wednesdays).

The challenge for CI#160 is to make a paper craft project using all the colours from the chosen colour combination, Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly, Soft Sea Foam, Balmy Blue and Highland Heather; you may also add Basic White, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Basic Black or Metallics to your project. We also allow ‘skin tones’ in the Stampin’ Blends. If you don’t have all the colour palette, feel free to use the closest substitute you can find using any brand of products

I made a Gatefold Card featuring the Bird’s Eye View Stamp Set, Subtles DSP and Sentimental Park Stamps and Dies from Stampin’ Up!®.

All the birds have been paper pieced with contrasting patterns and the wings form a second layer for added dimension. The unique feature of this design is that the floral label die-cuts go to the front of the card when closed.

INKspired to join the challenge? It’s so easy. Firstly, get some INKspiration by checking out all of the creations from the Colour INKspiration Crew in the challenge album on our Facebook page. This challenge will run until Monday, 11th March at 7pm (AEDT) to make and upload your project to the Facebook Colour INKspiration Group. You don’t have to have a blog to participate but if you do, you can link back to your post –
