On Tour Project Sample – Virtual Swap

Hi and welcome to AddINKtive Designs; I’m Bronwyn Eastley, an Independent Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrator from Tasmania, Australia and tonight I’m attending ‘On Tour’, an on-line event to celebrate the upcoming launch of the new, Annual Catalogue.

I’m ‘on tour’ in more ways than one as hubby and I are leading somewhat of a nomadic life at present. After nearly 30 hours of driving over a period of 10 days, we are currently in an RV park at an undisclosed location in Queensland enjoying the warmer weather and relaxed lifestyle; hence the lack of blog posts of late.

Literally the day we left home my ‘parcel’ for On Tour arrived but sadly the package wasn’t sealed properly and all I received was the catty and an order receipt saying that the ‘event’ stamp set was enclosed … mmm … nuh! My initial excitement turned to disappointment. Anyway, I rang head office that day (the day before we boarded the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry) and demo support said that I could make a project sample with other supplies.

I have very limited crafting supplies in the RV at the moment and my pre-order is waiting for me at our niece’s place in Queensland; I had to go with making a card with items that will be carrying over into the new catalogue. Seeing that I’d already started another Bridge Fold Card using the Welcoming Window Bundle and In Good Taste DSP, I decided to complete a simpler version for my virtual project sample. I am very happy that these products are sticking around for at least another year.

The extra window at the back of the card, as well as the box inserts inside (as in my original design) have been omitted. I kinda like this ‘quicker’ version and … yes, I would make this for a fancy fold swap session in real life, if given the opportunity. Sigh! I really miss in-person SU Events!
