Penguin Place Pop-Up Card for Colour INKspiration #132

Hi there and welcome to my blog; today I’m sharing a Pop-Up Card for Colour INKspiration Challenge #132. It features the cute, Penguin Place Stamp Set, Penguin Builder Punch and Snowflake Specialty Vellum from the July – December 2022, Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalogue.

You can find Colour INKspiration Challenges on Facebook and there are two challenges every month (on the second and fourth Wednesdays).

The challenge for CI#132 is to make a paper craft project using all the colours from the chosen colour combination, Tahitian Tide, Orchid Oasis, Starry Sky and Old Olive; you may also add Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake, Basic White, Very Vanilla, Basic Black or Metallics to your project. We also allow ‘Ivory’ and ‘Bronze’ in the Stampin’ Blends. If you don’t have all the colour palette, feel free to use the closest SU substitute (ie: Night of Navy instead of Starry Sky).

The inspiration pic ‘takes you’ to Tahiti but I thought the colour palette would be great for a winter scene and decided to play with the cute, Penguin Place Stamp Set.

Oh my goodness, I’m so glad that this set is a returning fave in the latest SU Mini Catty as I didn’t get much of a chance last year to ink up these cuties. I think I might need to make up for lost time!

As three of the colours for #CI132 are from the 2022-2024 In Color range, I was able to team up with the coordinating DSP and Glimmer Paper to create a fun, snowy scene for my pop-up card.
