Hi there. welcome to addINKtive designs. Tonight I’m sharing 3 Camp Trailer Cards made from different patterned papers – I bought this cute die set from a local craft store (Ashcraft) a couple of weeks ago and today I decided to make a birthday card for a friend. It was a lot of fun so I made another two to add to my collection.
1. ‘Pop of Pink’ Camp Trailer Card
With the first card, I cut the die on the fold because I didn’t realise there was a ‘hinge’ die included in the set. Handy Hint: Always watch the instructional video before assembling new die cuts 😁.
It’s made from retired Pop of Pink Specialty DSP (SU) that I had in my stash and the sentiment is from a Kaisercraft Stamp and DIY Cuts Set called Seashore.
2. ‘Come To Gather’ Camp Trailer Card
After watching the ‘how to’ on You Tube, I was inspired to use some Come to Gather DSP as the card that was demonstrated was made from ‘fall’ (Autumn) papers. I used the hinge die that was included (an awesome idea to make shaped cards) and was much happier with the result.
3. ‘See A Silhouette’ Camp Trailer Card
I was on a roll and chose the See A Silhouette DSP for my last Camp Trailer Card. The blue and green tones give it a nice, bright, summery look; my favourite of the three.
