Hello and welcome to my blog. Tonight I’m back with the crew at CASEing the Catty for the CTC 167 Blog Hop and a new card challenge.
CTC is a group of Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators from Australia and New Zealand who love to create using the Stampin’ Up! ® catalogues as inspiration.
Every Sunday night at 8pm (AEDT), the CTC Crew will either directly CASE (Copy and Selectively Edit) or use a sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for their own creations.
This week we are CASEing our favourite project/s from anywhere in the SALE-A-BRATION Catalogue –
My inspiration came from page 7 of the SAB Catty –
The lovely, Rebecca Scurr was the first one that really drew my attention to the Beautiful Peacock Card with the Eastern Medallion die cut. I knew I had found the perfect Make ‘n’ Take for my first workshop for 2018. Why look further than the catty?
It was so easy to combine this design with the SAB Tutti Frutti Cards and Envelopes – less pieces to cut for the attendees kits!
The morning after my workshop, I had a play with one of the left over kits and changed the design a little to include some additional stamps. You can read more about the second card, HERE.
I just love using the catalogues for inspiration!
Up next on the CTC Hop we have Rachel Palmieri –
Or you can back track to Peta Stephen –
Want to join in? CASEing the Catty Challenges are on Facebook –
Even though the Crew are from the South Pacific Region, the challenge is an international one; so if you love all things Stampin’ Up! ®, please feel free to join in. You don’t need a blog to enter.
Live in Australia? I’d love to be your Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
