Kylie’s International Blog Highlights for February 2018

Hi there and welcome to my blog. I’ve been wanting to join in with one of Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlights for a very long time and this month I finally seized the opportunity.

It certainly helps that I’ve actually had time to play with some of the new products this month;  Recently retired from my day job as a School Principal, I now have more time to devote to my Stampin’ Up! ® business. Last week I held my first stamp class in four years in my craft studio. It took about 6 weeks to get the room into ‘ship shape’ and every muscle in my body ached from assembling 4 lots of cube storage units and sorting through a huge mess.

The day after my stamp class, it was so relaxing to sit down and make a card from the left over bits ‘n’ pieces on my desk; I decided to step up the original design (taken from the SAB Catty) to make this –

So here I am entering it into this month’s theme, ‘Favourite Sale-a-bration or Occasions Catalogue Products’, for Kylie’s International Highlights. This gorgeous SAB Stamp Set, Beautiful Peacock is one of my current favourites for sure! The Tutti Frutti Card and matching envelope is also part of a free SAB set. The ‘ready to go’ card bases and envelopes made preparing the class kits, a quick and easy task.

I’ll be back on Sunday night to show you the original workshop card we made. In the meantime, I would really appreciate you hopping over to Kylie’s Blog to vote for me! 😁 My card is number 16 in the link up.

Thanks, Kylie, for a fun way to connect with other demos and SU enthusiasts.
