Hi there. Welcome to CASEing the Catty #101. CTC is a group of Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators from Australia and New Zealand who love to create using the Stampin’ Up! catalogues as inspiration.
Every Sunday night at 8pm (AEDT), the CTC Crew will either directly CASE (Copy and Share Everything) or use a sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for their own creations.
Tonight’s blog hop is all about CASEing our favourite bundle from the Annual Stampin’ Up! ® Catalogue. How can you choose a ‘favourite bundle’? It’s like asking you to pick your favourite child :). I decided to go with one of the newest bundles in my collection – Best Birds Stamp Set and Birds and Blooms Thinlits Dies.

GARDEN AVIARY Z-FOLD BOX CARD
The only part that I actually CASED from the projects in the catty was the ‘congratulations’ sentiment as I chose to cut it out using a banner die from the Gift Card Envelope and Trims Thinlits Dies.
This card was made for a work colleague who recently got engaged. I attempted to make 3D birdcage within a z-fold but in hindsight I should have spaced the bars on the cage a bit wider as it is difficult to see the birds on the branches inside …
… However, they show up much better if the card is used as a luminary with a battery operated tea light!
I hope you have been inspired by my Garden Aviary Z-Fold Box Card. There’s a bundle load of projects still to see so make sure you hop along to Elizabeth Gross‘ blog up next –
… or back to Kathryn Mangelsdorf for something sweet!
You can also join in with our monthly challenge. If you have been inspired by our projects, please add your link to the first post of the month. The winner will be announced at the end of the month –
