A Triple Easel Card for Colour INKspiration #126

Hi there and welcome to my blog; today I’m sharing a Triple Easel Card for Colour INKspiration Challenge #126.

You can find Colour INKspiration Challenges on Facebook and there are two challenges every month (on the second and fourth Wednesdays).

The challenge for CI#126 is to make a paper craft project using all the colours from the chosen colour combination, Pumpkin Pie, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Cajun Craze and Soft Suede; you may also add Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake, Basic White, Very Vanilla, Basic Black and Metallics to your project. We also allow ‘Ivory’ and ‘Bronze’ in the Stampin’ Blends. If you don’t have all the colour palette, feel free to use the closest SU substitute (ie: Polished Pink instead of Melon Mambo).

My project today features the stinkin’ cute, SALE-A-BRATION, Hippest Hippos Stamp Set and Hippo Dies. What is SALE-a-bration you might ask? It’s when you can choose a FREE Sale-A-Bration product with every $90 AUD/$180 AUD you spend with me as your Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrator (catalogue price without shipping and handling) during July and August, 2022.

I had an absolute blast playing with these adorable SAB products. The dies are super cute and can be used with other animal stamp sets for a bit of fun!

The ‘layers’ on this Triple Easel Card allowed me to create a multi-level scene with these fun-loving hippos –

I just want to point out a couple of things you might not have noticed on the card; White Vellum Cardstock was added to the mask to look like ‘plastic’ and the tutu was coloured in with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
