Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I’m sharing a Bench Fold Card that I made for my Thermomix® Team Leader as a way of thanking her for supporting and encouraging me through my first 2 months as a Thermomix® Consultant (yes, I’m still a Stampin’ Up! ® Demo too).
I’d owned a TM31 since 2015 and decided it was time to check out what the TM6 had to offer, so I decided to pay a visit to my lovely friend, Grace, with the idea of upgrading my Thermomix®. Not only did she get a sale from me, I also ended up joining her team. I wanted to keep busy this year seeing that overseas travel is still not a viable option for hubby and I at the moment while we’re still having to contend with a global pandemic.
So far I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the ‘journey’ as a consultant and absolutely love my Classic White TM6, so much so that I’ve ordered a Black Limited Edition TM6 as well, so I can have two going at the same time!
Anyway, back to the card … I’ve used a few basic Stampin’ Up!® products and some fussy cut images from a couple of Thermomix® brochures, plus, I re-visited Amanda Bates from The Craft Spa’s Bench Fold Cards tutorials which I’d purchased when they were first published. I love her style of 3D card making!

It was an absolute pleasure to combine my love of ‘Thermo Mixing’ and Card Making to create this Bench Fold Card to share with you. Catch ya in the next post.
Come now Bron! That is just too clever and way too cute. All of the fussy cut images look so realistic. Grace will love it. x
It was definitely well-received. Grace has been a ‘legend’.
oh that’s just delightful. She’ll love it. I thought you’d created the perfect punch art thermy until i realised you’d fussy cut the brochure- made me laugh.
Mmm … a punch art Thermie. That would be a challenge.
What a great idea! I’m sure the recipient will love it.
Well done! What an awesome card. Exactly why I like to make cards – they become so personal. Another one who had to “read” to see you hadn’t some how “made” a thermie from punch art/die cuts!
