From Our House to Yours Z-Fold Slider Card

Hi there. Welcome to AddINKtive Designs. I’m back after an unintentional, month long, blogging break! In my 10 years of blogging I don’t think I’ve ever gone that long between posts. My goodness, where did the time go? …

… Well, we recently went on a holiday in our RV to the Huon Valley in Southern Tasmania (Tour of Israel before that!) and have had loads of stuff going on in-between and post trips. Life is certainly ‘full to overflowing’. Whoever said “Retirement was dull”? Not me … I prefer to call it reFIREment.

My last card class for 2019 is scheduled for next Wednesday so that got my ‘butt into gear’ and back into my craft room. I’ve had this card design in mind ever since I saw the Holiday Haul Stamp Set in the latest Holiday Catalogue and purchased From Our House to Yours so I could combine the two sets to make it.

I was really pleased with how it turned out but it won’t be one of the fancy fold cards for next week’s class as I’m waiting on a new order for those. It was, however, fun to construct and it got me stamping again!

Zoom … zoom … we’ll be home for Christmas!

This is the third Z-Fold Slider Card that I’ve made and in the spirit of good blogging etiquette, I need to give a ‘shout out’ to the lovely, Kelly Kent from Western Australia for the original inspiration.

So what do you think? Aren’t those little houses and trees super cute? If you’d like to make a Z-Fold Slider Card like this one, I’ve written a tutorial that you can purchase and will pop the link in at the end of this post.
