Welcome to addinktive designs and a brand new Colour INKspiration Challenge and CI Crew Blog Hop. You can find Colour INKspiration Challenges on Facebook and there are two challenges every month. Join us on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays for a brand new colour palette. #CI43 will run until 7pm (AEDT – Melbourne Time), Monday 22nd October, 2018.
Stampin’ Up! ® had a major colour revamp this year so at Colour INKspiration we’re featuring a Colour Collection for the first challenge each month (2nd Wednesday) until we have showcased them all! The second challenge in the month (4th Wednesday) will be a Pinterest inspired pic as per usual just to mix it up a bit. This month we are featuring the NEW IN COLOURS COLLECTION and you can choose 1,2,3, 4 OR ALL 5 colours from that range for your challenge project. We have also changed the rules about what else you can add to the mix; essentially just the Basics – Whisper White, Very Vanilla and Basic Black as well as metallics.
I just chose just one In Colour, Grapefruit Grove and combined it with white and silver to make a Pocket Card. It’s a different design than the pocket cards that I’ve made of late and have included a mini tutorial below.
Some new stamping goodies came in the post yesterday so it was an easy decision to include the gorgeous Detailed Baubles Thinlits Die cut as a background for that striking butterfly. Oh my! ❤️❤️

Mini Tutorial for Pocket Card
Thanks for visiting the Colour INKspiration Blog Hop.
Up next is the lovely and talented, Monique Fielder –
Even though the Crew are from the South Pacific Region, the challenge is an international one; so if you love all things Stampin’ Up! ®, please feel free to join in. You don’t need a blog to enter. Click on the badge below to take you to our Facebook page –
Thankyiu so much for including the tutorial! This is a totally sweet card and perfect with these colours and the stunning silver butterfly. Love it all.
Bronwyn, I love this card – but my eye went straight to the Galvanized Clip holding the braided Linen Thread. I wondered straight away what that little doohickey was (sorry, does that translate to Aussie English? Thing-a-ma-jig? Whatchamacallit?) In any case, my order is growing by the moment as I enjoy this blog tour. Thank you for a gorgeous card and a little more inspiration!
Simply lovely, Bronwyn. Your glimmer butterfly is so beautiful with the Grapefruit Grove & WW. D x
A lovely card. Thanks for the mini tutorial – might have to give this a go. A nice version/twist of the pocket card.
Well that’s lovely. ( I do love the shape of this new butterfly) thanks for the minitutorial, the doily shape is stunning, and like Anne I now need to order the doohickeys!!
