Hello and welcome to my blog. Tonight I’m back with the crew at CASEing the Catty for the CTC #183 Blog Hop and a new card challenge.
CTC is a group of Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators from Australia and New Zealand who love to create using the Stampin’ Up! ® catalogues as inspiration.
Every Sunday night at 7pm (AEST), the CTC Crew will either directly CASE (Copy and Selectively Edit) or use a sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for their own creations.
Tonight we are CASEing projects from the Animal Expedition Section of the catalogue – pages 26-37.
I drew inspiration from the giraffe card on page 26 (top-right) by adding some Crushed Curry Card Stock underneath the die cut, a white panel, some leafy dies and the welcome sentiment to my pocket card.
As you can see, I’m not quite over the Pocket Card obsession just yet. I had a few kits left over from my Love What You Do Pocket Card Class and thought the leafy design on the DSP was perfect as a background for the giraffe stamp from Animal Outing.
I made this card to welcome a new team member to The AddINKtive Designers – my Stampin’ Up! ® downline.
