I have a sweet miniature bucket full of blooms to share with you; I had hoped to make a set of cards as well (The ideas are in my head, LOL). However, those ideas will have to wait until another day! Life has been a bit hectic at work and I’m ‘stuffed’ when I get home. Last week I moved into my brand new office; it’s the fourth move in the last four years. I’m extremely grateful for my new surroundings but so thankful that we will be taking a break from all the redevelopment that has been happening at our school. Life should return to a more manageable pace from now on.
The tiny metal bucket that holds the miniature floral display was in my craft stash; an Easter purchase a couple of years ago. I have a cupboard full of little decor pieces that I have been saving for a ‘rainy day’. I’ve got jars, blackboards, clips, containers, candles, bird cages, frames, terrariums, pots etc. etc. Is anyone else out there guilty of the same obsession?
The flowers have been stamped with Fresh Fig Ink onto Whisper White Card Stock, die cut and glued onto the leaves from the May Flower Framelits. The leaves around the edge have been attached with Glue Dots inside the bucket and the middle stems have been pushed into the straw. Super easy!
