Hi there! Welcome to the latest blog hop for The Stamp Review Crew. This round we are featuring the ‘Oh, So Succulent’ Stamp Set.
My card was inspired by a recent weekend away at a Beach House in Kingston (pics are at the end of this post). There were pots full of blooming succulents on the front balcony and in several places scattered around the garden. They are so in trend!
I made another Hexagonal Base Pop Up Card inspired by Sanjay Soriano and this time added a back panel (card insert).
The card insert measures 4-1/4″ (Height) x 5-1/2″ (Width). I made score lines 1-7/8″ in from both sides. The Serene Scenery DSP makes a great beachy background for the pot of succulents.
I’ll be back to provide more details on project supplies a little later, as I’m really stretched for time with work commitments at the moment.
Up next we have my lovely friend, Nikki Spencer who is sure to wow you with her amazing creativity!
Or you can hop back to Tanya Boser our SRC Co-ordinator, SU Artisan extraordinaire and stamping friend!
Below are pics of the gorgeous beach house we stayed in and the middle pot of succulents was the main inspiration for my latest card.
Thanks for hopping by!
Oh, this is gorgeous! I love the lush bounty of succulents in your pop up card. And I really want to come vacation with you, you seem to have a talent for finding wonderful retreats 🙂
Thanks, Tanya. Tasmania really is a beautiful holiday destination.
Wow, that looks really interesting! I’m looking forward to more details, as I’m curious how the pop up mechanism works. Great job, as always!
Wow, that is an amazing design! Excellent job. I was curious, does the card fold up?

Beautiful cards and awesome design for this set. I really love how the last card mimics your inspiration exactly. The white pot with the dots is perfect.
Oh, and … I ‘want to go to there’.
How wonderful that you now have a remembrance of your weekend getaway! Very cool color gradients!
Another Beauty Hexagon Box card. This is stunning. Thank you so much for sharing your georgious projects. Take care.
Just beautiful Bron – I love your take on the pop up hexagon box! Kelly x
