After your Pay Pal purchase, a receipt will be sent to your email with a link to download the Knitting Patterns (PDF Files). There is a download limit of 20 and a 90 day download expiry, so please make sure you save the knitting patterns to your device/s. If you don’t receive the link to download both patterns straight away, please check your spam folder before contacting me. Thank you.
As these are digital products, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a pattern has been purchased and downloaded as it is considered ‘used’. Please review the product information carefully before making your purchase and contact me if you have any questions.
However, if you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll be happy to refund you for the second purchase.
