Hi and welcome to my blog; today I’m sharing another Christmas project that features the cute Embossed Die-Cuts and Tags and 6×6 papers from the Woodland Christmas Collection from Paper Rose Studio.
I’ve had so much fun with this collection and am looking forward to sharing some more gorgeous papers and die-cuts from other collections from PRS in the coming months.
I made an Envelope Mini Accordion Tag Book with the Envelope and Bow Maker from Creative Memories which can be purchased from my CREATIVE MEMORIES WEBSITE (Australia) at –
https://www.creativememoriesau.com/cm/BronwynEastley
I started with the 6″x6″ papers to determine what size the envelopes would be. The three pieces of Designer Paper were individually aligned to the punch guide on my Envelope and Bow Maker at the 2-3/4″ mark.
Five pockets, each measuring (H)3-7/8″ x (W)3-1/16″ were added and I used a 1″ circle punch to create the notches.
To close the mini book I chose to use a partial ribbon closure attached to the front and back covers and small magnets at the back of the book as shown (before adding the pockets) –
I popped an oval tag on the front, making sure it covered the little rabbit on the first inside pocket then glued two more critters on the second and third pockets.
Three tiny envelopes were filled with the left-over embossed die-cuts and smaller tags and I placed them inside the three pockets inside the book. The larger tags were then placed separately inside the back and inside pockets (five pockets in total).
It was a fun little project to make to use up the rest of the bits ‘n’ bobs from the Woodland Christmas Collection.
I may tweak this design a bit and come back in 2025 with another video for this type of tag booklet from 6×6 papers. Until then you can check out my Envelope Mini Album Video Tutorial to see how to construct a similar project –
Thanks for stopping by,
