Hi peeps … I’m back with another Christmas Card; a complete contrast to the last one I shared. I’ve gone from ‘tropical’ to ‘North Pole’ vibes.
Included in one of my recent purchases from Paper Rose Studio were a few sheets of different embossed die-cuts which they had thrown in for FREE; one of the sheets was from the White Christmas Gnomes pack so I thought I’d make a card featuring these cute, musical gnomes.
It was perfect timing that another one of Karen McKibbin’s fabulous 3D card making tutorials popped up on my subscription feed for Paper Rose Studio which featured the ‘cut aparts’ from the same collection.
As I didn’t have the matching designer paper, I went searching for wintry background papers from my stash that would blend in. On reflection my card turned out looking a little ‘busy’ but Karen’s overall box card design was a ‘win’.
I was so excited to try this fun card fold that I forgot to round the corners as suggested!
Karen has a sheet of instructions which you can download to make this fab design. I’m looking forward to making another version with some new products real soon.
Thanks for stopping by,
