Zig-Zag Album Class with LJ’s Crafty Corner

Hi there and welcome to my blog. I’m popping on here to let you know about an upcoming class which will be taken by my talented friend, Lynne. It will be held on Saturday 19th October at Bev’s Cross Crafts in Spreyton, Tasmania from 10am – 3pm.

“In this class we will be making a mini zig-zag album measuring 6¼” x 4¼”. These make great gifts as brag books, special occasion memories, etc. There will be a choice of either Christmas theme or Secret Diary theme….both kits are Stamperia papers.
*Bonus make is a one-sheet-wonder mini journal using the leftover supplies from the zig-zag album.
The Cost is $60 and includes the kit to make both projects”.

I got to have a practice run through with Lynne to ‘test out’ the instructions as well as try out the Garden Papers from Stamperia.

I haven’t completed my album yet as I didn’t want to cover up any of the beautiful pages with pockets or too much ephemera at this stage. Maybe I’ll pop some seed packets inside and give it to a garden loving friend … or keep it as a prototype for future projects.

One thing that I can say with certainty is that these little Zig-Zag Albums are becoming quite addictive to make. Here’s a sneaky peek at a couple more that I’ll be sharing with you in more detail another day –

Do yourself a favour and go and check out the Creative Memories 12″ Paper Trimmer. It really is the BEST one that I’ve ever used. It was effortless to cut the pages for this album with accuracy and precision!
