Hi Peeps,
It’s been a while … I took a break from card making and blogging this month and have been creating with yarn and knitting needles instead (more on that topic at a later date).
To ‘break the paper crafting drought’ I travelled to Bev’s Cross Crafts in Spreyton yesterday and participated in a ‘Lavinia’ Card Making Class. It was taken by the lovely and talented Judy B and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
The collection of Lavinia owl stamps are just so adorable and I really wanted to practise the ‘ink blending’ technique with some SU Blending Brushes. I brought along some of my own Distress Oxide Inks and also played with some Elements Inks that were provided for blending.
The images were stamped with a variety of Versafine Inks and my choice of colouring medium was my collection of Prisma Pencils along with some Kaisercraft Glitter Pens and a white Posca pen.
Lavinia Stamps – Bijou, Heartfelt Verses, Vine Branch, Mini Stars
Lavinia Stamps – Bijou, Heartfelt Verses, Birds, Forest Inn, Vine Set
