Hello there. Thank you so much for all the wonderful responses that I received on my Social Media accounts and here on my blog for the Spinning Turntable Pop-Up Card that I made a couple of days ago. Wow!
I cannot take credit for the original card fold, however, I did combine a few ideas into the one card to come up with a slightly different design. You can check out this post if you’d like to read more.
If you’re a Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrator and/or enthusiast like myself, you’ll be pleased to know that I’ve put my own ‘spin’ on the original design and come up with a version that uses SU ONLY, current products for my latest CARD TUTORIAL.
Let me introduce my Interactive, Pop-Up, Record Player Card featuring the For the Record Stamp Set –
It has a spinning turntable and a tone arm that swivels … Squeal! Can you tell I’m excited about this one!
I’ve used quite a few different dies for this design but don’t panic if you don’t own them all, as some can be substituted with punches or similar shaped dies in your stash. You will, however, need the gorgeous, For the Record Stamp Set and Layering Circles Dies to get you well on your way to making this fun, interactive card! More details can be found in the tutorial instructions and accompanying photos.

A lot of time and effort goes into creating my 3D cards and tutorials (on-line classes) which I use as ‘customer incentives’, so if you’re not in that category and you’d like to make a similar card inspired by today’s share, please consider purchasing my tutorial for around the cost of a take away coffee! It will make your experience so much easier and more enjoyable as I’ve already worked out the hard stuff.
What I love about Stampin’ Up! ® is the encouragement to run our businesses our way as long as we uphold the standards and be kind to one another in the process. I’ve chosen to share my ideas in this format in order to be compensated in some way and therefore, enabling me to continue to share in this space. Thank you so much for your ongoing support. I really appreciate it.
