The Dimensionals December Tutorial Bundle – Christmas Ornaments/Decor

Welcome to AddINKtive Designs and the December Blog Hop for The Dimensionals. We’re a group of Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrators who offer 3D Paper Craft Tutorials on the 1st day of every month.

The theme for this month is CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS/DECOR. We’re super excited to launch our latest tutorial bundle – four, festive, unique 3D projects for the Holiday Season.

The reason we take you on a mini blog hop with each designer is so that you can see exactly what you will receive when you earn or purchase our December Tutorial Bundle.

This month I have designed a Tea Light Candle Shaker Dome which will be part of the Dining Room Decor for our Christmas Dinner. It’s displayed on a piece of Huon Pine which was a recent purchase from the Richmond Market (Tasmania).

I had this crazy idea to pop a battery operated tea light into a Snow Globe Shaker Dome, fill it with Snowflake Sequins, some glitter, tiny leafy die-cuts and surround it with Christmas ‘foliage’ to make a unique centre piece for our dining room table.

After much deliberating over which die-cuts to use and how to successfully seal the contents of the shaker, I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Of course you don’t have to use exactly the same die cuts for this unique Christmas Tea Light Candle Shaker Dome. … you could even make one with a birthday theme! Once you know how,  the ideas are endless.
