Double Planter Box ‘M’- Fold Card Tutorial

Hi there and welcome to my blog. I’m back with a new card fold that I designed; its sure to be a hit with plant lovers!

The card front features a copper and gold hanging planter full of beautiful plants which have been made die-cut from the Forever Flourishing and Boho Indigo Dies.

It opens to reveal a ‘burst of greenery’ in the form of two planter boxes full of lush foliage. I have used seven different greens from the extensive Stampin’ Up! ® colour range to construct this fun fold card. There’s also a touch of bling in the form of some Champagne Rhinestones scattered on a gorgeous background of ‘In Good Taste’ Designer Series Paper.

I was really pleased with how this turned out and decided it would make a lovely engagement card for a friend of ours; I’ll add a die-cut ring from the Little Treat Box Dies to the back before I post it.

So for those that have been following my journey and wondered if I’d still be writing my card tutorials, this post should put you at ease. I’m no longer a Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrator but I still LOVE their products. Today’s tutorial contains current SU products only, however, in the future I may mix it up a bit by using different products and some retired items as well. When an idea strikes I intend to use whatever products I like for my card designs and some older tutorials may be re-written in more ‘generic’ language to cater for a wider audience. So I hope you’ll continue to stick around.
