Hi there. My lovely Stampin’ friend, Kelly Kent from Western Australia wanted to create a platform to share our creations while the world is experiencing various stages of social distancing and isolation so Social Stamping emerged. The theme is HELLO.
So a huge big HELLO from Tasmania, Australia. I trust you are keeping safe and are meaningfully occupied during this difficult time. Those of us that have a craft room full of supplies are truly blessed to have a place to go and ‘switch off’ from the constant bombardment of news.
Earlier on in the week I sent out a few kits to anyone in my stamp class that wanted one. I popped a little notecard in each to say hello. Each envelope was personalised with their initial using the retired ‘Broadsheet Alphabet’ Stamp Set.
The contents of the kit contained everything they needed to make this sweet little handbag. I am loving the ‘All Dressed Up’ Dies and the variety of ways you can be creative with them.
I also have a bit of an addiction with punched flowers at the moment. They just make me happy.
If you’re a Stampin’ Up! ® Demonstrator, please feel free to replicate the contents of the kit for your stamp class attendees or customers if you’d like to. I know it’s been a difficult transition for some demos that have only done face to face events, to think of how they can adjust to on-line classes or put together kits or tutorials. It’s been years since I’ve offered card kits so I was a little rusty. The following photo shows you what I included (I omitted two die-cut buckles so the back straps are missing those … oops!) –
This Social Stamping Group isn’t doing a Blog Hop but you can find the Host List on Kelly’s blog at – http://mypapercraftjourney.com/2020/03/28/social-stamping-blog-host-hello/ if you’d like to explore a little further. Some of us are linking to the next blog and I have the privilege of sending you to Kelly’s mum’s blog. The lovely, Sheila Pybus is up next –
