Hi there. Welcome to addINKtive designs. The Stamp Review Crew are back for another blog hop. This round we are featuring the extremely cute stamp set, Foxy Friends.
The SRC are a group of International Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators who love to show you lots of creative ways to use your stamps.
If you get lost along the way, just click on the banner below to take you to the main blog where you will see a list of participants for this round –
For my projects today I have made a couple more Z-Fold Cards. I seem to be a little obsessed with this card fold at the moment and there are still a few more ideas up my sleeve, so you haven’t seen the last of them just yet :).
The first card has a pop-up baby crib in the centre section. I have designed a few types of Pop-Up Baby Cribs Cards and this is the fourth one in the series. It is made from current punches and stamp sets and was designed to fit neatly into a z-fold. You can purchase the TUTORIAL HERE.
Make sure you check out all the pictures below in my gallery as I have designed the back of the card to allow plenty of room to write a blurb to the recipients –
I had a lot of fun using quite a few of the stamps from the set and the colour theme is taken from the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper. A DSP Colour Focus happens to be one of the Creative Crew Challenges at Splitcoast Stampers for the month of September. If you’re interested you can read all about it in a previous post.
This is what the card front looks like when you fold it flat to fit inside an envelope –
I’m looking forward to giving this card and a pressie to proud parents, Cindy and Paolo, to congratulate them on the birth of little, Helena Rae.

Project Details continued – Plus ink colours based on the Fruit Stand DSP – Cucumber Crush, (Daffodil Delight), Flirty Flamingo, Pear Pizzazz, Peekaboo Peach, Tangerine Tango, Watermelon Wonder, (Whisper White). Ooops! Left out the Labeler Alphabet Photopolymer Stamp Set.
My second card is Part B of a project that I made last week – My Knitting Mouse with its very own Mouse House.
I’ve added a companion and attached both mice to a z-fold with a Warmth and Cheer Christmas Theme. Only one insert is added to the box section of the card in order to attach a Christmas Tree.
Mouse Knitting – With a pair of thin knitting needles (Size 12 UK) and the red twine from the Candy Cane Lane pack, cast on 7 stitches.
Rows 1 & 2 – Knit in garter stitch (all knit stitches).
Rows 3 & 4 – Switch to the metallic twine in the pack and continue in stocking stitch starting with a purl row (knit the second row).
Rows 5 & 6 – Change to the red twine and knit another two rows of stocking stitch.
Rows 7 & 8 – Change to metallic twine and continue with stocking stitch for two more rows. Only knit 4 stitches in row 8.
Slip the stitches onto two shortened tooth picks (colour in the ends of the toothpick with a marker).
Attach under the mouse’s paws with glue dots.

I hope you’re enjoying the Foxy Friends Stamp Review Blog Hop. I did have another fun idea for the stamp set but I ‘ran out of weekend’. LOL It will have to wait until another day.
There’s loads of inspiration in this round from a bunch of very talented Stampin’ Up! ® demonstrators and you can hop back to Sue Plote or onward to Heidi Baks for some more Foxy Friends’ cuteness!
Thanks for hopping by!
