Fancy Fold Swaps for ‘On Stage Live’ in Orlando – Pocket Card

Hi there. Welcome to my blog. By the time this post goes live I would have shopped in the outlets at Disney Springs, visited Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios and Universal’s Island of Adventure and about to head to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. My travelling companion, Bec, sure loves her theme parks! It’s a trip of a lifetime and we’ll be making every minute count.  I just hope this ‘middle age’ body of mine will have kept up with the pace.

At this stage I’ll be getting really excited about attending On Stage Live – the 30th Anniversary Celebrations for Stampin’ Up! ® and the main reason I’m currently in Orlando, Florida.

Today I’m sharing the third Fancy Fold Swap that I signed up for. For Group 3 (Melon Mambo), I chose to make Pocket Cards featuring products from the Country Lane Suite and the gorgeous dies from Detailed Baubles.

I enjoyed using the Country Lane DSP for these Pocket Cards and made 11 in total. The colours and images on the paper made it easy to decide which stamps and Stampin’ Blends to use.

I LOVE how everything coordinates so beautifully in this suite of Stampin’ Up! ® products.

During the production line for these swaps, I decided to make a Christmas Version for this style of Pocket Card and published a tutorial.

Once you know how to do the basic fold, the sky’s the limit for ideas; you can switch up the DSP and stamps for a whole new look.

The main card stock colours – Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macaron and Crushed Curry. Plus a variety of Stampin’ Blends were used to colour the images.
