Fusion Card Challenge – Baby’s Room

Hi there and welcome to addINKtive designs.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve joined in with a challenge at Fusion but I spotted the very cute inspiration photo for their latest challenge and couldn’t resist playing along; I’m on a bit of a roll with baby cards at the moment because I’ve been preparing for a fun fold class this month where I will be teaching a group of ladies how to make a Z-Fold, Baby Crib Card.

At Fusion you can play along with just the sketch, the inspiration photo or both. Today I have opted to use the photo of the baby’s room as inspiration for my card and was immediately drawn to the large white polka dots on the wall and the elephant blanket. I added a bit of Turquoise which is ‘taken’ from the light shade in the photo.

Thanks, Fusion DT for the gorgeous inspiration –

  1. Bronwyn, I saw this awesome card on SCS and wanted to check your site for more details. The baby crib is a fantastic piece of art. Wish I could take your class to learn how to make the crib; however, I’m in the US! Great work, Bronwyn!

    1. Thanks, Bev. I have lots of tutorials for baby crib cards which you can find by clicking on My Tutorials for Sale tab. I write instructions for the American ‘market’ as I use inches and stick to their card sizing.

  2. Brow when, I came to your blog from Facebook. I’m quite impressed I shall take a look at your tutorials.

  3. Will this particular card be available for sale under your tutorials for sale? I would love to make this for my upcoming shower.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave some comment love. I read and appreciate each one. Thanks for visiting addINKtive designs.
