We are having a heatwave in Tassie at the moment and I’m glad I had already made one SAB project for this hop when I was holidaying at the beach a couple of weeks ago, as my craft room currently feels like a sauna even with the fan tower on full speed.
1. Lavender Kraft Bag
I ventured into the nearby town of Wynyard while holidaying at Boat Harbour Beach and found this little Kraft Bag filled with faux lavender at the Reject Shop. A simple stamped image coloured in with Stampin’ Blends and finished off with some organza ribbon was all it took to jazz it up a notch. As there is no purple shade for the Blends, I first coloured the lavender with Light Bermuda Bay and then blended in Light and Dark Rich Razzleberry over the top. The leaves were coloured with Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.

I went all out with a few SAB products with this cute card in a box that I made for my son’s 28th birthday tomorrow. Even big kids love Party Pandas!

#tgifc144 – Technique Week – Card in a Box
TGIF Challenges are having a Technique Week Challenge to make a card in a box. I love making 3D cards so this fun fold became the springboard from which to create a fun scene with a few of the SAB products.
I hope you are getting lots of inspiration from all the projects in the Stamp Review Blog Hop.
Up next on the Bonus SAB Blog Hop is Cindy Elam –
