Totally Cheating for Colour INKspiration #15

Welcome to addinktive designs and our fifteenth Colour INKspiration Blog Hop! The CI Crew are back again to help kick start this round of Colour INKspiration Challenges .

Colour INKspiration Challenges are on Facebook and this fortnight we have a lovely swatch of colours to work with – Elegant Eggplant, Bermuda Bay, Lemon Lime Twist and Pool Party.

If you follow my blog you’ll be doing ‘a double take’.  Yes, I did publish that little ‘piggy card’ on Monday for the Stamp Review Crew and he has just re-surfaced (pun intended) for Colour INKspiration.

It occurred to me during the construction of this card that I had unwittingly used three of the #CI15 colours and seeing both Design Team Hops were happening in the same week, I forged a little plan to save myself some time so I could make a start on sorting out my craft room ready for the Holiday Catalogue Season.

So to cut a long story short …  I cheated 🙂  by just stamping another piggy on Shimmery White Card Stock, water colouring it with some Elegant Eggplant Ink and an Aqua Painter and then by switching the pigs,  I now have a card to share for Colour INKspiration #15.

  1. My goodness. You are an amazingly creative talented card maker Bronwyn. This is awesome and so much fun! He’s such a sweetie. Fantastic use of the colours. I love santas beard in the background!

  2. So much to love about this Bron – the wiggly pig and the very clever repurposing of santa’s beard – seriously such a great idea! x

  3. Sneaky Bron! I think I like this little purple piggy the best! That background stamp is perfect for the waves, and the Santa beard is too clever!

  4. Super cute idea Bron. Loving your use of the “This Little Piggy” set and santas beard…very creative! Xx
