Labeler Alphabet

Labeller Alphabet is one of those trendy, versatile, stamp sets that enable you to personalise a project by adding any sentiment you like! The ‘label’ look of the font is fun to use, although a tad fiddly with the fussy cutting involved, but the results are certainly worth the effort.  I’ve used the letters to reference a Bible verse in amongst the climbing orchids.

When I return to work I am going to sit this little display on my  desk in my brand new office.  It will remind me to not get anxious about anything … to let go… and let God do his ‘thing’. Today, I’m starting my third week of ‘forced rest’ (doctor’s orders).  My blood pressure was ‘through the roof’ and I’ve just been fitted with a 24 hour BP monitoring device. I am not supposed to think about work (although that is pretty near impossible with School Registration only 8 days away) but on the upside, when I go into my craft room to create, it is relaxing and a distraction at the same time – craft therapy!

Inspiration for my project came from the latest challenge at Just Add Ink .  I was inspired by the copper and gold in the vase, the dark green leaves and the yellow and white flowers. The flowers just had to be orchids as I was itching to ink up my new Climbing Orchid Stamp Set and they were so much fun to put together.

Thanks JAI DT for a beautiful inspirational challenge this week.

Woohoo!

When I was doing a blog search I found five other examples where I’ve used the Labeler Alphabet  on my projects, so I thought I would include a little round up in the gallery below –

Thanks for hopping by!

Up next on the hop is Dawn Tidd who is sure to inspire you with her project/s –
