Colour INKspiration #07

Welcome to addinktive designs and our seventh Colour INKspiration Blog Hop! The CI Crew are back again to help kick start this round of Colour INKspiration Challenges.

Colour INKspiration is on Facebook and this fortnight we have a lovely pastel swatch of colours to work with.

The Colour Palette for #CI07 is Mint Macaron, Daffodil Delight, Pink Pirouette and Tip Top Taupe.

Here’s my project for CI07.  It’s a flowerpot, pop-up card inspired by my very talented friend, Helen Heil from H2 Designs.  Helen designed this style of card and I tried my best to CASE it but I really need the tutorial (hint, hint).

Here’s Helen’s original –

And yes, it does close so you can pop it in an envelope for posting!

The CI Crew hope you love this fun Easter inspired colour palette as much as we do and invite you to join in with the challenge this fortnight!

Up next on the CI07 Blog Hop we have the lovely and talented, Lou Kitzelman, who I met in person a few days ago at On Stage in Brisbane. Her project is sure to inspire.

11 of us attended OnStage in Sydney –

L-R: Tricia Raineri, Simone Bartrum, Elizabeth Gross, Lou Kitzelman, Rose Packer, Mel Pagano, Rebecca Scurr, Bronwyn Eastley (that’s me), Kim Badelt, Chloe Evans and Denita Wright-Smee

Four CI Crew Members attended On Stage in Perth –

L-R: Rachel Palmieri, Kathryn Mangelsdorf, Kelly Kent and Nicole Wilson

I’ll have to source a photo of the New Zealand Crew Members at On Stage in Auckland.

Thanks for hopping by,

PS: I’ll be back with the project supplies a little later.

  1. Your pop-up flower pot card is AWESOME! So clever….and it looks like a real pot of flowers sitting on its little doily and everything! You could use this for SO many different occasions. Please, please PLEASE share some instructions.

  2. Sooooooooooooooo love this idea….Man you and Helen have brilliant minds. I am with Mary….would definitely appreciate some instructions…..as us mere crafting mortals need all the help we can get!!! ooxx

  3. Totally gorgeous! She is such a clever and inspiring one. Love it in these colours too Bron. Looks like a fab time at OnStage…Roll on Melb, maybe we could talk Helen into a catchup..:0) xx
